Designed for those seeking exceptional results and a truly elevated wellness experience, this membership includes unlimited Reformer Pilates classes each week, allowing you to move, strengthen, and transform your body with complete flexibility. In addition, Premier Plus members receive two private Pilates sessions each month, thoughtfully tailored to their individual goals and needs. These personalized appointments are scheduled with your preferred professional instructor, ensuring consistent guidance, expert attention, and a customized approach that supports optimal progress and long-term success. Enjoy the perfect balance of unlimited group training and dedicated one-on-one instruction—all within a luxurious studio environment committed to helping you look, feel, and perform at your best.

Consistent attendance is one of the most important factors in achieving the desired results from your Pilates program. Should you need to reschedule a session, we require a minimum of **24 hours' notice** prior to your appointment time for your session credit to remain available and may be rescheduled for a future appointment. If less than 24 hours' notice is provided, the session may still be eligible for rebooking as a courtesy; however, a **$25 missed class fee or $55 Professional Private Reservation Fee** will be applied to your account. This fee offsets the limited spots in the classroom and our professional's reserved time and the studio's inability to offer that class or appointment to another member within such a short timeframe. As a boutique luxury studio, we maintain a limited number of appointment openings for our VIP members. When a reserved appointment goes unattended, that time often cannot be reassigned, resulting in an unused appointment period that was specifically dedicated to your care. We greatly appreciate members who recognize the value of their reserved time, just as our team remains committed to honoring yours with punctuality, professionalism, and our undivided attention to your wellness goals. If you wish to discontinue your membership, we respectfully request **30 days' written notice** prior to your desired cancellation date. This notice period allows our administrative team sufficient time to process your request, discontinue recurring membership payments, and provide you with the opportunity to utilize any remaining sessions or membership benefits during your final 30 days. Our goal is to ensure a seamless and professional transition while allowing you to receive the full value of your membership through its conclusion.
