How To Cancel

Notice Period: Provide a 30-day written notice to cancel, submitted via email or at the front desk. Cancellation Fees: A $50 fee for terminating a 12-month contract early; no fee for month-to-month memberships. Early Termination: Allowed without a fee for relocation (more than 25 miles away) or medical disability, with proof required. Automatic Renewal: Memberships renew monthly after the initial term unless canceled 30 days prior. Processing: Requests are processed within 10 business days; payments during the notice period will still be collected.
