All sales for SoundBodyX passes and packages — including but not limited to BoxPass, FitPass, StretchPass, GymPass, WellnessPass, and Elite Pass — are final. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued once a purchase is completed, regardless of usage or attendance. Passes are non-transferable and non-shareable. Each pass is valid for the period specified at the time of purchase (typically 30 days from activation) and expires automatically thereafter.
