This membership is billed as a month-to-month recurring payment. Members will be automatically charged each month until the membership is canceled.

I understand that I may cancel this agreement at any time without penalty. To cancel, I must go to the location where I originally enrolled and sign required electronic cancellation form. Automatic payments will terminate once I sign cancellation form.
