Personal Training and Kids Club services can be purchased for additional fees. $50 Annual club improvement fee is billed 30 days after enrollment. Your initial payment today will be pro-rated dues for the days remaining in this month. Your billing will be on the 1st day of each month for your monthly dues starting next month.
