All memberships require a minimum commitment of 60 days. Members may submit a cancellation request in writing after the first 30 days of membership, with cancellation becoming effective no earlier than the completion of the 60-day minimum commitment and subject to the required 30-day notice period. Membership dues remain payable through the applicable notice period. Cancellations are not prorated, and no refunds or credits will be issued for partial billing periods, unused membership time, or unused class credits. Membership dues are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law. Memberships automatically renew according to the applicable billing terms until a cancellation request is properly submitted. For memberships that include monthly class credits, unused credits do not roll over, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire at the end of each billing period. Freezing a membership does not constitute cancellation and is subject to CULTR’s separate freeze policy. Any outstanding balance, failed payment, late-cancellation fee, or no-show fee incurred before the effective cancellation date remains due.
