All Recovery Session purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time to avoid losing the session. Late cancellations, missed appointments, or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session. Stretch Revolution reserves the right to refuse service for inappropriate behavior, late arrival, or misuse of the recovery lounge.
