Below is a simple overview of how cancellations and refunds work for prepaid memberships. 3-Day Rescission Period If you change your mind within 3 business days of signing your agreement, you may cancel for any reason. Moving More Than 25 Miles Away If you relocate more than 25 miles from the facility and we cannot transfer your membership to a comparable location near your new address, you may cancel and receive a pro rata refund for unused services. Prepaid Membership Terms Prepaid memberships cannot be cancelled early unless they qualify under the reasons listed above. The membership will end automatically at the end of the Initial Term.
