If a cancellation takes place within 12 hours of the appointment start time, a late cancellation fee of 100% will be charged to the credit card on file if the client does not have a service credit that can be applied. We do uphold a 5-minute rule to be able to accommodate you with an abbreviated treatment. If you are more than 5 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your appointment.
