Appointments can be canceled prior to 12 hours before start time without a penalty fee, and any credits you used to book the appointment will be automatically returned to your account. If a cancellation takes place within 12 hours of the appointment start time, a late cancellation fee of 100% will be charged to the credit card on file if the client does not have a service credit that can be applied.
