How To Cancel

Cancellations or no-shows made within 24 hrs of booked appointment will result in a 50% charge. If charge isn't collected within 30 days of cancelled or missed appointment, the session credit will be forfeited. Clients later than 5 minutes to their appointment may receive a shortened session. Clients later than 10 minutes to their appointment may be counted as a no-show.
