Class Credits and Billing This membership includes unlimited credits that will run for a fixed Initial Term. As a prepaid member, I am choosing to pay for the entire membership up front and in full, subject to the Terms and Conditions. Class credits will expire at the end of the Initial Term and future classes can only be booked when new credits are available on account. Expiring credits do not rollover. Summary of Prepaid Dues Terms By clicking Submit, I agree to an Initial Term of 3 months. My prepaid membership will automatically expire at the end of the Initial Term. Any unused class credits remaining at the expiration of the Initial Term will be forfeited and lost; no refund will be issued.

Once your Initial Term ends, your prepaid membership will expire automatically. Any unused class credits will be forfeited and no refund provided. To avoid a lapse in your ability to use the facilities or services, please speak to a sales manager at least 30 days prior to the end of your Initial Term.
