If a Member chooses to cancel their membership prior to the completion of the agreed contract term, the Member is responsible for paying 50% of the remaining contract balance at the time of cancellation. All outstanding dues must be paid in full before the cancellation is processed. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and approved by management. If you are a M2M member, you may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing Decatur Athletic Club with a 30-day advance written notice.
