Month to Month, Kids will learn technique, boxing skills, and discipline through a series of footwork, mitt work, and bag workouts every class.

A1 FITNESS CANCELLATION AND RESCISSION POLICY You may rescind this Agreement at any time before midnight of the third business day after signing. To rescind, you must provide written notice delivered in person or sent by certified or registered mail to: A1 Fitness 19952 1/2 Ventura Blvd Woodland Hills, CA 91364 If properly rescinded within three business days, you will receive a full refund and no fees will apply. After the three day rescission period, cancellation is permitted under the following conditions: Death or Permanent Disability If you die or become permanently disabled and cannot use the facilities, you or your estate may cancel without penalty. Permanent disability means a condition that completely prevents facility use. A1 Fitness may require physician verification. Any prepaid unused dues will be refunded on a prorated basis. Relocation If you move more than 25 miles from A1 Fitness and we cannot transfer your membership to a comparable facility within 25 miles of your new residence, you may cancel without penalty. Proof of relocation may be required. Any prepaid unused dues will be refunded prorated. Month to Month Memberships Month to month members may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice. No early termination fee applies. Membership remains active through the end of the current billing cycle. Term Memberships Fixed term memberships cannot be canceled before the end of the initial term except as stated above. To avoid automatic renewal, written notice must be provided at least 30 days before the term ends. After renewal, cancellation is permitted at any time with 30 days written notice. All cancellation notices must be in writing. Verbal notice is not valid. Upon proper cancellation, EFT or ACH drafts will be stopped and refunds issued as required by California law.
