In Our CKO Fitness Kickboxing class you will receive an orientation before the first class, in which we will explain the kicks & punches used during the workout. How To Cancel

Once you purchase you will be booked into your class within 24 hours. If no one books you into your class in 24 hours just message us on Instagram. If you can not make the class you bought this for we will honor it for any class up to 1 year from purchase.
